TERMS AND CONDITIONS

THIS IS AN IMPORTANT DOCUMENT - PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY

This document sets out the Terms and Conditions for the charter of STARBUS YOUR PARTY CRUIZER.  Emailing the quote acceptance back to STARBUS verifies that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.

DEFINITIONS

In the “Quote”, “Quote Acceptance” forms and the “Terms and Conditions” the following definitions apply:
PARTY CRUIZER means STARBUS, STARBUS YOUR PARTY CRUIZER or Daniela Bus & Coach Charter Services.
Charter means hire of Starbus Your Party Cruizer
Inappropriate conduct means fighting, use of illicit drugs, damaging property, unruly behaviour, bad language, harassing the bus driver, staff or other passengers and the excessive consumption of alcohol.

1.      ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTE TERMS

A $500 deposit is required within seven (7) days of booking to secure your preferred date for the Party Cruizer.  An invoice will be raised upon booking with full payment due no later than twenty one (21) days prior to the event.  All Charter prices are based on a minimum number of twenty (20) passengers
 
2.      LOSS OF DEPOSIT - $250 will be retained for any booking that is cancelled within one month of the booked date.  The total deposit of $500 will be retained if the booking is cancelled within one week of the booked date.

3.      SECURITY DEPOSIT - A $500 security deposit will be charged and held in trust and will be refunded after the event

4.      LOSS OR REDUCTION OF SECURITY DEPOSIT - Excessive cleaning and any damages sustained during the charter will be costed on severity and/or replacement value and deducted from the security deposit

5.      CONDITIONS - It is agreed that the following conditions will be adhered to:

5.1     All charters terminate at 2330hrs
5.2     Operates in local area only
5.3     Itinerary to be followed
5.4     Comfort breaks will be made available at regular intervals
5.5     For your travel comfort we recommend groups of no more than 25
5.6     Inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.  In the event of such behaviour that person will be removed from the bus immediately
5.7     The Party Cruizer staff and management reserve the right to terminate the charter at any time
5.8     Serving of alcohol to minors is against the law
5.9     Smoking is not permitted onboard
5.9.1  Wearing of allocated wrist bands is mandatory
5.9.2  BYO music and karaoke

6.      DRINKS - Responsible Serving of Alcohol (RSA) conditions apply

6.1      BYO is permitted, maximum six (6) drinks per person, but must be served by the staff
6.2      Pre-mixed is permitted
6.3      Bottles of spirits with the intention to be mixed onboard the bus is not permitted
6.4      Must be in cans
6.5      When visiting a venue all passengers are required to carry ID to gain entry
6.6      When visiting venues no drinks are to be taken from the Party Cruizer to that venue
6.7      Drinks are not to be brought from the venues onto the Party Cruizer
6.8      Throwing of objects from or on the Party Cruizer is not permitted
