WEDDING DAY GUEST TRANSFERS

If your wedding guests require transport to the ceremony, reception and at the end of the night returned home or back to their hotel, then this can be easily arranged.

From our experience, we have found that the transport arrangements are usually organised by either a friend or member of the family.
This relatively simple task usually ends up being quite a stressful exercise for the organiser.

Firstly to determine how much it will cost per person is subject to the number of guests who are prepared to commit to using a bus service. This of course will then determine the size of the bus required, which will in turn determine the actual cost of the bus.
Now all we have to do is divide the cost of the bus by the number of guests travelling and we will then be able to establish the cost per head. This is normally what most good organisers would do.

All will be okay providing:

• Transfer to the reception               $10.00 per person
  
  
• Pickup from reception & 
  return home or to hotel                  $10.00 per person

It doesn't matter if you have 1 or 101 guests.. We will get them there!
